Data retention
Accounts
Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete its profile, content and connected-account tokens, except records we must keep by law.
Videos and inputs
Saved images, videos and character references stay in your private library while your account is active. Removing an item hides it from the library; its file can remain when an earlier generation or character version still uses it. Files used only as temporary uploads become inaccessible after 7 days and are then removed by scheduled clean-up. Account deletion schedules private files for removal. New library items are refused when your plan's storage limit is full; existing items remain available.
Billing and security records
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually several years. Security and audit logs are kept for about 90 days.
Providers and backups
AI and other providers keep the data we send only as long as their terms allow for providing and securing their service. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a short period until those backups expire.
