Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of FacelessVideo.co (facelessvideo.co), operated by Wang Xiaochun. By creating an account, buying credits or using the service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refunds and cancellation policy. If you use FacelessVideo.co for a business, you accept these Terms on its behalf.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to make a purchase. You are responsible for your account, its sign-in methods and everything done through it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
What we provide
FacelessVideo.co makes short vertical videos with AI. It offers three products: - Series: AI-image episodes in a chosen niche, made one at a time or on a schedule you set. - Premium: individually planned films (for example animated battle maps, stick-figure stories, What If and anime), scoped and quoted in a chat with our AI agent before you confirm. - Avatar remake: a new video with an AI presenter you are entitled to use, following the structure of a reference video you provide. Features, niches, styles and supported platforms may change. AI output varies, and we do not guarantee views, followers, revenue or platform approval.
Credits, plans and payment
Every product is paid for with credits. Subscriptions add a monthly credit allowance; one-time packs add credits that stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Monthly allowance credits expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except as our refund policy states. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown (monthly, or yearly paid upfront) until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. A video is quoted before it starts; credits are held when it starts, charged only when it is delivered, and returned if it fails.
Your content and inputs
You keep your rights in what you submit: prompts, scripts, topics, product details, images, reference videos and presenter photos or voices ("Inputs"). You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit your Inputs only as needed to run the service for you, including sending them to the AI providers that generate your video. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for your Inputs. For Avatar remake, a presenter must be you or someone who has authorised you to use their likeness and voice. Reference videos are used only to analyse structure and pacing; we do not reuse their footage, voice or music. If a character reference image shows a real person, that person must be you or someone who has authorised you to use their likeness.
Videos you create
As between you and us, you own the videos you create with FacelessVideo.co and may use them commercially, subject to these Terms and the rights of others. Similar outputs may be produced for other users, and AI output may not be protectable by copyright in every country. You are responsible for reviewing each video before publishing it and for complying with the rules of the platforms where you post.
Acceptable use
Do not use FacelessVideo.co to create or distribute: sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; content that impersonates or deceptively depicts a real person; harassment, hate or threats; content promoting violence, self-harm or illegal activity; misleading claims about health, finance or elections; malware or spam; or anything that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights. Do not try to bypass our safety checks, credit limits or security, or to resell the service without permission. Scripts and images are screened by automated safety checks. We may refuse, stop or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.
Connected social accounts
Where we offer automatic posting, you can connect accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or X through each platform's official sign-in. We post only the videos, and on the schedule, you set up, and only after you separately agree to scheduled posting. You can pause a schedule, disconnect an account in settings, or revoke our access in the platform's own security settings at any time. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Our service
FacelessVideo.co, its software, design, niche templates and sample videos belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to them other than using the service as offered.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or platform account actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.
Ending the service
You can stop using FacelessVideo.co and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, for fraud or chargebacks, or where the law requires it, and will tell you why unless we are prohibited from doing so. Unused allowance credits end with the account; refunds follow our refund policy.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will give notice of material changes before they apply; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection where you live. Contact us at support@facelessvideo.co.
